How to maintain the hydraulic system of hydraulic tipping tricycle?

The hydraulic system is the core functional component of the hydraulic tipping tricycle, responsible for realizing the lifting and unloading of the cargo box. Regular and standardized maintenance of the hydraulic system can ensure the stable operation of the tipping function, extend the service life of the vehicle, and avoid safety hazards caused by system failure. The maintenance work mainly includes daily inspection, regular maintenance, and fault handling, and each link needs to be carried out in strict accordance with the operation specifications.

Daily inspection is the basic work of hydraulic system maintenance, which needs to be carried out before each use of the vehicle. First, check the appearance of the hydraulic pipeline, including whether there is oil leakage, oil seepage, or pipeline damage, and whether the pipeline fixing parts are loose. If oil leakage is found, it is necessary to stop using the vehicle in time to check the cause, such as pipeline aging, joint loose, or component damage, and repair or replace the damaged parts. Second, inspect the hydraulic oil level and oil quality. The hydraulic oil should be kept within the standard range marked on the oil tank, and the oil should be clean and free of impurities, bubbles, or discoloration. If the oil level is too low, it is necessary to add the same type of hydraulic oil; if the oil quality is poor, it should be replaced in time. In addition, check the operation of the hydraulic pump and valve body, listen for abnormal noise during operation, and check whether the valve switch is flexible and whether there is jamming.

Regular maintenance is carried out at fixed intervals according to the use frequency of the vehicle, mainly including hydraulic oil replacement, filter element cleaning or replacement, and component inspection. The hydraulic oil has a service life, and after long-term use, it will be contaminated by impurities, oxidized and deteriorated, which will affect the transmission efficiency of the hydraulic system. It is necessary to replace the hydraulic oil regularly, and when replacing, clean the oil tank and pipeline to remove impurities. The hydraulic filter element is used to filter impurities in the oil, and after a period of use, the filter element will be blocked, which will lead to poor oil circulation. It is necessary to clean or replace the filter element regularly. For key components such as the hydraulic cylinder, check the wear of the piston rod, whether there is rust, scratch, or bending, and check the sealing performance of the cylinder head to avoid oil leakage caused by seal damage. If there is slight wear, it can be polished and treated with anti-rust oil; if the damage is serious, it should be replaced in time.

Fault handling should be carried out in a timely manner when abnormal conditions occur in the hydraulic system. Common faults include slow lifting of the cargo box, inability to lift, oil leakage, and abnormal noise. When the cargo box lifts slowly, first check the hydraulic oil level and oil quality, and check whether the pipeline is blocked or the valve is stuck. If the cargo box cannot be lifted, check whether the hydraulic pump is working normally, whether the pipeline is disconnected, or whether the cylinder is damaged. When oil leakage occurs, check the damaged part of the pipeline or component, and replace the sealing ring or the damaged component. When there is abnormal noise, check whether there is loose installation of components, air in the hydraulic system, or wear of internal parts, and eliminate the fault by tightening, exhausting, or replacing parts.

It should be noted that during the maintenance process, it is necessary to use matching hydraulic oil and accessories, and avoid mixing different types of hydraulic oils, which may cause deterioration of the oil and damage to the hydraulic system. At the same time, when maintaining the hydraulic system, the vehicle should be parked on a flat ground, the power supply should be cut off, and the pressure in the system should be released to prevent the cargo box from suddenly falling and causing safety accidents.
